We would love to see you in your best-dressed and for you to be as formal as you can be, but at the end of the day we would just love for you to be there! Wear what makes you happy and feel like dancing! Keep in mind the floor will be concrete, so wear some shoes you’ll be comfortable in. Just please no jeans or flip flops.

The venue is located in downtown Sonora, as are the hotels we have listed on the site, so walking is a great idea! There are many parking spots and lots in and around the venue and downtown though, so getting around should be pretty easy. There are very seldom Uber or Lyft options in town. We have listed the numbers of local cabs and if you are traveling more than walking distance we suggest calling ahead of time to schedule your cab. We have limited cars in town and things get busy and can take some time.

Please let us know! There will be gluten free and vegetarian options, but if you have any specific dietary needs, restrictions, or allergies, let us know as soon as you can so we can accommodate.

Other than yourselves, you won’t need to bring much! There will be drinks aplenty at the venue, and there will be a cocktail hour down the street at our favorite local saloon. If you intend on drinking at either location, please bring your ID and some cash if you’d like to show the bartenders some love and if you’d like to purchase anything outside of what will be provided. We will be in an enclosed outdoor area, with a definite chance of sunshine, so some sunscreen is likely a good idea!
